Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Highways – 3 months.
We’re working with a main contractor to recruit a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for 2-3 months, managing multiple subcontract packages comprising of surfacing, drainage and kerbs.

Senior Quantity Surveyor duties:
* Working with the project team to record costs, change and variation
* Minimise cost and risk of the project and enhance value for money
* Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract
* Raise early warning notices, compensation events
* Reviewing prelim forecasting and highlight risks and opportunities
