£55,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Optional Part Hybrid + Progression + Healthcare + Projects up to £45M + 'IMMEDIATE START'
Are you an ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to progress your career in the built environment? Your Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor will Include:
* Prepare, measure and build cost estimates, plans and tender documentation
* Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting
* Ensure compliance within industry regulations
The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
* 6 years+ Qualified experience within built environment
* Be Chartered - Preferably
* Full right to work in UK and clean Driving License
* Live commutable to Chorley
