An award-winning FM provider is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in social housing or local authority projects to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, community-focused work.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from award through to final account. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensure the effective delivery of cost control, reporting, procurement, and subcontractor management across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects
*
Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors
*
Oversee the preparation of CVRs, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports
*
Work collaboratively with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
*
Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and final accounts
*
Maximise profitability while ensuring contractual compliance
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in quantity surveying within the social housing or public sector
*
Proven track record of managing multiple contracts and commercial teams
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Commercially focused and results-driven
