Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen with a leading regional build contractor in Kent.
You will:
Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Be working on projects that can range in value from £5M - £20M across various sectors
They're looking for:
Regional / National contractor experience as the SQS
Good knowledge of NEC and JCT form of contracts
Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
The ability to create accurate commercial reports
Based in Kent and or surrounding areas
