Lead Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead Opportunity – London Region 🚨
We’re kicking off a new 140-bed Premier Inn hotel project in Harrow (£17–18m) and looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join from day one of the PCSA phase – starting next week.
👉 12-week PCSA phase
👉 87-week programme
👉 Take the lead on procurement and finalising contract sums
👉 Opportunity to be No.1 on site commercially (or a strong SQS stepping up)
👉 AQS support to follow
👉 Focused London work pipeline (Inside M25) – projects in St John’s Wood, Shepherd’s Bush, Hornchurch, Essex
💷 Salary: Up to £100k + package (for the right person)
