Job Description
Lead Surveyor Needed – Reading – £10M Commercial Office Project 🚧
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Surveyor to join a £10M Commercial Office Fit-Out project (Cat A/B) in Reading. You’ll be based on-site full-time, leading commercial delivery with the support of an AQS/QS underneath you.
📍 Role Details:
Project Value: £10 million
Project Type: Commercial Office – Cat A & B fit-out
Location: Reading (site-based)
Contract: Freelance (30 weeks)
Rate: £400 – £450 per day LTD
✅ Requirements:
Strong Cat A/B fit-out experience
Prior experience delivering commercial office projects
Comfortable leading a project with support staff underneath
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
