Job Description
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for stability and a supportive team environment? We are a representing leading refurbishment and new build construction contractor seeking a talented professional to join our growing team.

Duties:

Lead cost planning, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and cost control across high‑value projects.

Administer contracts, negotiate variations, and manage final account settlements.

Oversee procurement and tendering—prepare bills of quantities, assess bids, and select subcontractors.
*
Produce cost reports and monthly financial updates (CVRs, value reconciliations, risk logs).
*
Mentor junior QS staff and collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues
