Duration: rolling contract
Rate: £500 - £550/day
IR35: Inside via umbrella company
Working arrangements for this role is 3 x days on site, 2 x days from home.
Our client is an industry-leading main contractor looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support a growing work bank on HS2.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will responsible for preparation and assessment of applications, valuations cost/value reconciliation, cost control and forecasting and contract management.
Please note, NEC 3 option C contract experience is essential.
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of NEC 3 contracts, option C.
Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience
Previously worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor experience
Sub-Contractor management experience
A minimum of 5 years+ working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.
