Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Contract – Outside IR35
We’re working with a main contractor to recruit a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 2 year project in Oxfordshire.
Experience of heavy civils is essential, and we expect a Senior Quantity Surveyor to have shown a clear route of progression through Quantity Surveying on NEC Contractual Projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor duties:
* Working with the project team to record costs, change and variation
* Minimise cost and risk of the project and enhance value for money
* Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract
* Raise early warning notices, compensation events
* Reviewing prelim forecasting and highlight risks and opportunities
