Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading contractor who are looking for an experieced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be joining the business's Marine Division, supporting ongoing operations within a major client contract in Barrow in Furness.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the commercial management of
one of the UK’s most high-profile industrial programmes. If you are commercially
astute, detail-driven, and passionate about working in a dynamic and high-

You willl be overseeing all commercial functions across the contract, from initial
instruction to final account.
In order to be suitable you will have:
* Solid experience (Minimum 5 years) in a Quantity Surveyor or commercial role, ideally within marine, industrial, or construction sectors
* A good understanding of project lifecycle commercial requirements, with a proactive and problem-solving approach
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A trustworthy, detail-oriented professional committed to delivering results and supporting team success
