Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Brentwood
Salary: up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading tier one property services contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance programmes across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team based out of their Brentwood office. You’ll play a key commercial role across two major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) refurbishment contracts valued at approximately £15 million annually, split across Essex and North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme of works with strong pipeline and continuity.
The Role
Commercial management and cost control across SHDF refurbishment frameworks
Management of subcontractor accounts and contract administration
Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
Working closely with operational teams to drive performance and profitability
Client liaison and reporting

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
Strong background in refurbishment or social housing (ideally SHDF or energy efficiency programmes)
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
