Looking for a role where you can really take the lead on exciting projects? We’re helping a global consultancy find a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to make an impact on high-profile industrial and logistics schemes.
The Role
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle - from early feasibility and cost planning, through procurement and contract administration, to final accounts. JCT contract experience is essential and experience on Design & Build projects or acting as Employer’s Agent is a strong plus. Most importantly, you’ll be the commercial lead who keeps projects running smoothly and clients confident.

Have experience taking projects from initial planning to completion.
