Senior Quantity Surveyor - City of London
Our client, a leading turnkey commercial fit out contractor, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multi-million-pound projects from inception to final account. This is a client-facing role, ideal for a commercially knowledgable professional with a strong M&E background and a proven track record in delivering profitable, high-quality projects. They are looking for someone that is able to lead all commercial aspects of fit out and M&E projects, ensuring risks are mitigated, profits maximised, and deadlines met.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on commercial fit out projects
Strong M&E installation knowledge
Working knowledge of JCT contracts
Excellent attention to detail, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability
Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing manner
Job details:
Permanent role, site and office based (07:00-16:00)
DBS and Financial Checks required
Start date: ASAP
Location: City of London
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 PAYE per annum (plus perks such as private dental+healthcare, life insurance etc)Before You Apply
