Freelance Quantity Surveyor - High-End Hotel Refurbishment
Location: Westminster, London
Day Rate: £400-£450
Start: Immediate
Duration: Until February
We are supporting a leading contractor on the refurbishment of a prestigious 7 hotel in Westminster*. This is a high-spec, fast-paced project requiring an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to assist in closing out procurement on 30 packages ranging from £100k to £4-6m.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalising procurement and letting packages
Managing subcontractor negotiations and agreements
Ensuring best value, compliance, and project quality
Reporting into the commercial lead
Requirements:
Strong procurement background within high-end projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
Experience managing packages across varied values
Available to start immediately
