An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a globally recognised construction consultancy in their London office. Working within a specialist Healthcare team, this is your chance to play a key role on some of the UK's most significant healthcare developments - across both public and private sector organisations.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a high-performing team delivering full cost management services on major healthcare fit-out and development schemes. With projects typically ranging from £20m to £150m+, you'll be involved from pre-contract to completion - working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of key packages, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the healthcare team. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven QS ready to step up and make a real impact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS ideally or currently working towards and in need of more support
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
The desire for fast track progression with extensive support with developmentIn Return?
