Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Projects | £95k + travel + package | Hertfordshire-Based
This one’s for the fully-fledged Senior Quantity Surveyor who’s used to running jobs up to £10m, managing NEC/JCT contracts, and leading commercial strategy end to end.
You’ll be joining a commercially solid and well-structured main contractor delivering public and private sector schemes across defence, healthcare, retail, and commercial builds.
- Senior Quantity Surveyor level autonomy
- Projects up to £10m – all local
- NEC and JCT exposure required
- Long pipeline and strong commercial systems
