Senior Quantity Surveyor | Colchester / Croydon / Luton | Permanent | Aug 2025
The Role:
This isn't just a back-office commercial role - as Senior QS you'll be working side-by-side with the Commercial Director as his number two, shaping strategy and delivery across multiple projects.
You'll take ownership of CVRs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts, while mentoring junior staff and helping to refine processes. The role is designed with progression in mind, backed by a clear bonus scheme and competitive package.
The Projects:
• Healthcare, education, and commercial refurbishments, often in live environments
• Typical contract values £1m - £10m+
• Mix of frameworks and competitive tenders with repeat client base
• Projects delivered across London and the South East
What they're looking for:
• Main contractor experience in quantity surveying (JCT/NEC knowledge essential)
• Strong commercial management skills - from procurement through to final account
• Ambitious individual looking for career growth
• Based in (or able to commute to) Colchester, Croydon or Luton
