Senior Quantity Surveyor – High End Residential Refurbishment
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £80,000 + package
We are working with a leading construction business in Oxfordshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, collaborative team delivering high end residential refurbishment projects valued up to several million pounds.
The Role:

Managing all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion
*
Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
*
Contract management and administration
*
Procurement of subcontractors and materials
*
Supporting project teams across both site and office environments
The Candidate:
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
*
Strong background in high-end residential refurbishment or similar projects
*
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*
Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
