We're Hiring – Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) 🚨
Following a recent resignation, my client is looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team.
📍 Location: Primarily based in Newbury, Berkshire
🏗️ Projects: Running 2 jobs valued between £5M–£20M (depending on experience)
📊 Role: Full commercial responsibility – including subcontract procurement, external valuation and Final Account, subcontractor account management, remeasurement, and internal cost reporting.
My client work across a variety of sectors, including:
-State & private schools
-Housing associations
