An ambitious, purpose-driven Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Exeter office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team known for its commitment to social value and sustainable construction. You will support and manage a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, including private developments and infrastructure schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Pre and post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
MRICS or currently working towards
A full UK driving licence (desirable)In Return?
£55,000 - £65,000
