A forward-thinking, independent Project and Cost Consultancy is seeking a confident and career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in the heart of London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on delivering a range of exciting projects, including:
Student accommodation
Commercial developments
High-end residential schemesWith further opportunities to work across life sciences, mixed-use, hospitality, and leisure sectors, this role guarantees project variety and long-term challenge.
You'll be joining a collaborative team of 35 professionals, backed by 8 experienced and approachable Directors. The consultancy prides itself on its supportive environment where individual contribution is recognised and rewarded.
This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership position, drive client relationships, and shape the future of a growing consultancy.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
Strong pre & post contract experience / a successful track record leading projectsWhat's on offer?
