Senior Quantity Surveyor – Oxford & High Wycombe
£75,000 – £90,000 + package
Tier 1 Residential Main Contractor
We are supporting one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 main contractors, who are looking to appoint two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors across projects in Oxford and High Wycombe.
This contractor has a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex residential developments and continues to be a leader within the sector.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for schemes ranging from £40m–£50m, managing all aspects of cost control, subcontractor management, and reporting. You will be expected to lead the commercial function on-site and play a key role in delivering projects successfully and profitably.
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 main contractor.
*
Strong background in residential developments.
*
Experience leading projects/schemes from pre-construction through delivery.
*
Ability to manage large-value packages and lead commercial teams.
*
Strong client-facing and reporting skills.
