Location: Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire
Experience: Minimum 5 years

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor specialising in high-spec residential construction. This role offers the chance to work on prestigious projects including listed buildings, bespoke new builds, and complex renovations.
🔧 Role Overview

Manage all aspects of cost planning and control across multiple residential sites

Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement strategies
*
Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure financial transparency
*
Monitor budgets, variations, and valuations with precision
*
Support project delivery from concept to completion
🎯 Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction
*
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*
Experience with heritage or high-end builds is a plus
