The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
Managing commercial functions on a project or section of a project
Preparing applications, reports, and reviewing incoming accounts
Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting negotiations
Contributing to the development of junior team members
Supporting collaborative working and company procedures
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
Strong experience in commercial roles within construction
Detailed understanding of contract and subcontract terms
Knowledge of construction techniques and processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
