A well-established and forward-thinking cost consultancy, known for its close-knit team culture and approachable leadership, is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their vibrant Fitzrovia office.
This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to take real ownership of their projects, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and work within a consultancy that truly values its people and promotes from within.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering full pre and post-contract cost management services on a range of exciting schemes, typically valued up to £40m.
Working across Residential, Education, Leisure, Commercial, Hotel, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage multiple projects independently, lead client meetings, and support junior team members in their development.
With a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in Central London, this consultancy offers the ideal platform for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step into an Associate-level role in the near future.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
MRICS is a MUST
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Previous experience managing junior surveyors / a desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long termIn Return?
