Walker & Sloan are representing a leading residential developer/contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the South East. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in High Wycombe.

Take ownership of commercial management on major residential projects

Oversee cost planning, valuations, variations & final accounts
*
Procure subcontractors & manage supply chain relationships
*
Ensure profitability & value for money across projects

Provide commercial advice to project teams & directors

Strong background as a QS / Senior QS within residential development or contracting
*
Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage budgets & forecast costs on large projects
*
Confident in building strong stakeholder relationships
