Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
Location: East Yorkshire
Sector: Offsite Construction
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in in delivering construction projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large, National offsite construction contractor?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading offsite contractor, delivering new build projects across a wide range of sectors. You will be responsible for the successful & profitable delivery of new build construction projects up to the value of £15million.
You will be working within an established commercial team, reporting directly in to a Commercial Manager who will rely on you to work independently on individual contracts.
We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyor's who:
Have a solid background within the construction industry - Modular experience would be highly advantageous
Possess an understanding of both JCT & NEC forms of contract
Can work on their own but also as part of a commercial team
Will work closely with Site & Project Managers to understand any issues and progress on site
Are willing to travel to sites when required
Hold experience in preparing and settling final accountsWhat is in it for you?
