The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
Working closely with the Quantity Surveying Director, you'll step into a visible, hands-on role where you'll:
Lead standout projects from inception to completion
Support and mentor APC candidates, sharing knowledge and developing future talent
Influence team culture, delivery standards, and client relationships
Gain exposure across a wide range of sectors with high levels of autonomyThis is an opportunity to be more than a cog in the machine - you'll be a key player in a team where quality, creativity, and career progression are at the heart of everything they do.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS ideally
Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong pre & post contract experienceWhat's on Offer?
