Job Description

A respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham office. This is a prime opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a key role within a well-established UK-wide practice known for delivering expert cost consultancy and project management services across sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, and education. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given a clear path to Director level, with the chance to take a leading role in helping build and shape the commercial team locally. This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys client-facing responsibilities, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development. Chartered status (MRICS) is essential for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position. A background in monitoring surveying is highly desirable, as the consultancy is seeing increased demand in this area. Candidates with strong industry contacts and an interest in growing client accounts will be particularly well regarded.
