Our Client are a well-established and rapidly growing main contractor who is currently looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor on board to support their expanding project portfolio across the Midlands.
With over 20 years of experience, our client is a specialist in cladding and fire remediation, and despite operating as a main contractor, they’re a trusted delivery partner for major developers across residential, commercial, and student accommodation projects.
Their Midlands division alone contributes around £30 million to a projected £100 million turnover, and due to continued success, they’re now looking for a Senior QS to work closely with the Commercial Manager across live projects in Nottingham, Leicester, Cambridge, and Manchester.
They’re offering a competitive £70,000–£85,000 + package, with interviews available immediately for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
* Financial Management of projects
* Liaison with Surveyors and Senior Project Managements
* Valuations of Works, CVRs, cash flow forecast
* Monitor and manage orders / Invoices of Materials
