Senior Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Fareham - 3 days a week in the office
Salary negotiable (DOE) + uncapped commission (25%-35% on Perm billings!)

The Role: Healthcare
We’re now looking for someone exceptional to join our healthcare division. This is a unique opportunity to build a desk – and a brand – with full autonomy and support.
You'll be recruiting across Home Management, Deputy Management & Nursing roles.

You’ll likely be a seasoned recruiter who:

* Has strong commercial acumen and can spot market opportunity
