Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 DOE + uncapped commission

What You'll Get:
£35,000 - £60,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission on top
35 days holiday
1.5-hour lunch breaks for those extended gym sessions!
4.5-hour days during half term

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be partnering with schools across Northumberland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, or North / South Tyneside to match brilliant teachers and support staff to their perfect roles
A rare opportunity to take ownership of a wide North East territory - with no limits on schools, no restrictions and full autonomy to build relationships your way
Working with a dedicated team of resourcers and compliance experts, so you can focus on people and placements without having to do the admin!
