Senior Recruitment Consultant (Telecoms / Infrastructure / IT)
Location: London, Islington N10
Specialism: Contract & Permanent Recruitment
Market Focus: Germany & DACH Region
Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 Basic DOE + Com + Benefits

Split: ~75% Contract / 25% Permanent revenue

Structure: 8 salespeople + 7 back-office professionals

Market: Germany (Telco, Infrastructure, IT)

Team bonus shared across a 3-person pod

Ability to manage both contract and perm desks
*
Confidence to own a high-value market and deliver consistently
