Senior Recruitment Consultant - Cardiff

Onsite | Competitive salary DOE + Uncapped Commission
 Car and driving licence required

What you'll be doing
* Building and managing your own portfolio.
* Making business development calls and meeting clients.
* Sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates.
* Building your online brand and hitting clear targets.
* Travelling to client sites when needed.
 
What you'll bring
 * Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or admin.
 * A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
 * Ambition, resilience, and clear communication skills.
 * A car and a valid driving licence.
