The Role

Kingdom People is a rapidly growing recruitment business with a forecasted turnover for 2026 of £(phone number removed). The business is growing at such a rate due to acquisitions with 9 companies having merged in to 1 in 2024 and further acquisitions planned in 2026. This rapid expansion provides excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

Our permanent recruitment division’s growth is key to the 2026 strategy and we are looking to hire the future leaders of this business unit. You will join a team of highly experienced recruiters and work alongside them in developing the business. We are able to offer Senior, Principal or Managing consultant positions. This is a sales orientated role with key responsibilities including…

· Growth of your geographical or vertical market

· Business development to onboard and develop clients

· Working with a Resourcer to source candidates and deliver on client requirements

· Utilising CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc to advertise, source and also promote the Kingdom People Professional Services brand

· Follow up on lead generation and maximise opportunities within your market

· Collaborate with the sales team to cross sell and secure opportunities

Senior Recruitment Consultant

The Candidate

You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 years experience. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes…

· A proven track record in winning new business and developing clients

· 360 recruitment experience

· Permanent recruitment experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Commercial or Supply Chain
