Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to maximise your earnings, develop your own desk and progress your career?

We're looking for an ambitious Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Crawley, specialising in the Transport, Logistics, Courier and Distribution sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while developing new business across both the temporary and permanent recruitment markets.

The Role

  * Manage and grow a specialist desk across the Transport, Logistics, Courier and Distribution sectors.

  * Recruit for both temporary and permanent positions.

  * Develop new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships.

  * Attend client meetings to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

  * Source, interview and place high-quality candidates.

  * Negotiate terms, fees and offers with clients and candidates.

  * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.

  * Mentor junior consultants where appropriate and contribute to the success of the wider team.

About You

  * Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Transport, Logistics, Industrial or Driving recruitment.

  * A successful track record in both business development and account management.

  * Strong billing history and a passion for delivering results.

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  * Highly motivated, organised and commercially focused.

  * Full UK driving licence is desirable.
