Senior Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment – Uncapped Commission

The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment) 
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk
Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates
Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
Generate new business through sales calls, meetings and account development
Work towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Location: Manchester City Centre
 Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
 
Who We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence is essential
Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant (any sector)
Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
Ambitious individuals looking to develop their career in 360 recruitment
Commercially minded, target-driven and relationship-focused
Strong communication and business development skills
