Senior Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham Up to £40,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (West Midlands)

While Birmingham is our preferred advertising location, starting from Wolverhampton or Dudley also works well for the business. Hybrid working included, with additional office time during your initial onboarding.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll have real influence, genuine autonomy, and no ceiling on progression. If you’re tired of red tape, territory restrictions, and rigid BD rules, this is your chance to build business where the opportunities actually are — without the hoops.

It’s a true 360 role suited to high‑performing consultants with market knowledge or existing relationships. If you know your sector and know how to win, you’ll thrive.

We recruit across:

    Construction – White Collar, Perm & Blue collar skilled workers
