About the Role:
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Engineering team in Warrington. If you know how to own the full recruitment cycle—from winning new clients to placing top talent—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  * Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management

  * Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals

  * Build and maintain strong client pipelines

  * Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding

  * Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy

What We’re Looking For:

  * Proven 360 recruitment experience within Engineering

  * Confident in business development and cold outreach

  * Strong communicator with a people-first mindset

  * Organised, ambitious, and target-driven

  * Oldham-based or commutable
