 We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Leeds office as a New Business Development – Contract Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in IT/Tech contract recruitment. However, we’re also keen to speak with consultants from related sectors who can demonstrate strong 360 and business development success.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Build and manage a high-performing contract desk. 
Leverage established client relationships while driving new business. 
Contribute ideas and strategies that directly influence growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture new contract business relationships. 
Drive contract sales activities and consistently exceed targets. 
Lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.   

What We Offer

Starting Basic Salaries: £37,000 to £53,000 (DOE). 
Uncapped commission structure, no threshold and no cap on earnings.
