Evoke Staffing is expanding — and we’re searching for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to thrive in high‑volume manufacturing and warehousing temp recruitment. If you love fast-paced days, tight turnarounds, and delivering for clients who rely on you, this is your next move.
No two days are the same. You’ll run a busy temp desk, build strong client relationships, and keep operations smooth, compliant, and commercially sharp.
Role: Senior Recruiter – Evoke Staffing (Shepton Mallet)
Salary: From £28,000 pa + realistic OTE £40,000+
Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility during peak periods) rotational weekly on-call.
Duties:
  * Running high‑volume temp recruitment across manufacturing & warehousing.
  * Sourcing and onboarding candidates at speed.
  * Managing daily bookings, check-ins, and shift coordination.
  * Building client & candidate relationships that drive repeat business.
  * Ensuring compliance across RTW, AWR, and documentation.

  * Proven experience in manufacturing/warehouse temp recruitment
  * Confidence managing fast-changing priorities
  * Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  * A commercial mindset and a drive to deliver
