Job Description
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester business.
Operating for over 26 years the Russell Taylor Group has grown into one of the leading agencies in the Construction, Civil Engineering, Industrial and Technical sectors, offering potential recruiters not only a stable platform to grow from but also an unrivalled database of both clients and candidates.
Working out of our Salford Quays Office (close to all amenities / transport network) you'll be joining our successful Construction Trades Team.
An experienced Recruitment Consultant (preferably within Construction, M&E, Industrial or Technical sectors - not essential, but desirable) you'll be able to demonstrate consistent billings and a proven ability to win new work and develop existing clients.
You'll have very little geographical boundaries, giving you a huge area to canvass for new work and access to an extensive list of established clients to further develop.
You'll also be given a dedicated Labourer Manager who will source all your workers along with dealing with compliance, timesheets etc - giving you time to focus on growing your business.
In return you'll be offered a fantastic package and given the opportunity to earn uncapped commission (paid monthly).
Package also includes:
Competitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience)
