Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Only candidates with 12+ months of education recruitment experience will be considered

Tradewind Recruitment is hiring experienced recruiters to join our Manchester team - the second largest and one of the most successful offices in our network. What We Offer:
£35,000 - £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience and previous billings
Uncapped commission with no threshold - earn from your first placement
35+ days annual leave plus reduced hours during school holidays
International incentive trips (previous destinations include Dubai, Barcelona, and NYC)
Genuine progression to Senior, Executive, Team Leader and Management roles

As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of building and growing your own education desk. You will:
Manage and grow relationships with schools across Greater Manchester and the North West
Meet billing targets and take full control of your pipeline
Guide clients through the recruitment process with professionalism and expertise
Uphold high safeguarding standardsWho We're Looking For:
Please note: This role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in placing teachers or support staff within UK schools
Proven in meeting or exceeding billing targets
Motivated by earning potential and career development
Resilient, organised and confident in a fast-paced environment
