Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Tradewind Recruitment's London head office (Holborn) is expanding. We're looking for driven, high-performing consultants from the education recruitment sector to join our team and grow with us.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Build and manage your own education desk across London
Maintain and grow relationships with schools and MATs
Source, screen, and place high-quality teachers and support staff
Work to clear KPI and billing targets (with full support to hit them)Who We're Looking For:
Only applicants with a minimum of 12 months of education recruitment experience will be considered.
