At this point, we would expect that you’ve had a couple of years experience in the recruitment world, either Consultant or even Senior Consultant level. Maybe you’ve become a bit stuck, sick of old school KPI’s or leadership or possibly on a bad patch/desk, we’d love to speak to you and help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
At this level, we'd expect you'd be able to successfully manage recruitment campaigns, network and win & secure business.
We’re looking for similar, right minded individuals who are ready to be truly engrossed in their markets and strive to been seen as the “go to” person in their sector.
In this role, you will be expected to want to go the extra mile to provide the best service. This can include going beyond what the “norm” is to speak to that amazing candidate you’ve found, or taking a call outside of normal hours to either close that deal or support that client.
