Senior Recruitment Consultant – £30,000 PA + Bonus
Term-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
School holiday hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us provide outstanding staffing solutions to schools across the region.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage and nurture a portfolio of school clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service
*
Account manage our talented supply teachers and support staff
*
Onboard new school clients and new temporary staff
*
Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
*
Deliver results in a target-driven, supportive team environment
