Senior Recruitment Consultant - Manchester City Centre
£30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE: £56K) | Hybrid | Early Friday Finish
We're on the hunt for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take their career to the next level. Based in buzzing Manchester City Centre, you'll lead the full 360° recruitment cycle-winning business, building lasting client relationships, and placing top-tier talent.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive new business through cold calling, networking & social media
Deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to clients
Source, screen & interview high-quality candidates
Manage the process from CV submission to offer & onboarding
Keep CRM updated & stay ahead of market trends
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in recruitment or sales with lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
CRM & social media savvy
Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
