Manchester
£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum & Uncapped Commission/Car Allowance

Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies with offices across the UK and in New York, we're expanding our Civil Engineering division in Manchester. We're now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing team and play a key role in our continued success.
You'll be joining a high performing team with a strong client base across the North West Civil Engineering market.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment
- A track record of working to targets and building client relationships
- Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
And what will you be doing?
- Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job boards and referrals
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
