Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant | Liverpool
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: Above market rate + uncapped commission
Start Date: Flexible
Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool looking for your next career move? We are a national market leader in education recruitment, trusted by schools across the UK for our sector expertise and long-standing client relationships. We're expanding our Liverpool team and are seeking consultants who can hit the ground running and bring their knowledge of the education sector into a high-performing environment.
Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:
12+ months' proven experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining school and candidate relationships
A proactive, results-driven and professional approach to recruitment
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education landscape
Ambition to progress your career in a market-leading agency
