Location: London
Salary: Above market rate + uncapped commission

We are looking for consultants who can hit the ground running and bring their education recruitment knowledge to a supportive and high-achieving team.
Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:
12+ months' proven experience in education recruitment (applications from other sectors will not be considered)
Strong ability to build and maintain school and candidate relationships
Proactive, driven, and professional approach to business development
Excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education landscape
Ambition to make a genuine difference in education through quality recruitment
